OMODA 9 Super Hybrid features an advanced next-generation Super Hybrid System developed by OMODA & JAECOO engineers. The core of the technology is a 1.5 T-GDI engine, a high-capacity 34.46 kWh battery, and a three-speed 3DHT transmission. This solution provides acceleration from 0–100 km/h in 4.9 seconds, a total range exceeding 1100 km (WLTP), and fuel consumption of just 7.0 l/100 km when the battery is depleted.

3-Speed DHT Transmission: Power and Smoothness

 

The OMODA 9 Super Hybrid features an advanced 3-speed DHT transmission. Thanks to the use of two electric motors and three clutches, the system offers 11 gear combinations. The transmission’s maximum efficiency reaches 97.6%, placing the OMODA 9 Super Hybrid among the industry leaders.

1.5 T-GDI engine: maximum efficiency

 

At the heart of the OMODA 9 Super Hybrid is a 1.5 T-GDI engine (143 hp, 215 Nm) with thermal efficiency exceeding 44.5%. Such outstanding performance is achieved through six advanced technologies, including a deep Miller cycle, intelligent i-HEC combustion, an advanced cooling system, and a high-efficiency HTC turbocharger. It is supported by three electric motors (two at the front and one at the rear), and the entire hybrid system delivers an impressive total output of 537 hp.

High-Capacity, High-Performance Battery with Fast Charging

 

The OMODA 9 Super Hybrid is equipped with a high-voltage battery specially designed for hybrid vehicles, with a capacity of 34.46 kWh. This enables an electric driving range of up to 145 km (WLTP). The battery can be charged with DC power up to 70 kW, allowing charging from 30% to 80% in 25 minutes, as well as with AC charging at 6.6 kW, which enables a full charge from 30% to 100% in approximately 5.5 hours. In addition, the V2L function allows external devices to be powered with up to 6.6 kW.

 

JAECOO 7 Super Hybrid

Top range, low fuel consumption

JAECOO 7 Super Hybrid is the first model offered in Latvia equipped with the innovative Super Hybrid System technology. It features a 5th-generation 1.5 T-DGI engine, an 18.3 kWh high-voltage battery, and a 1DHT transmission. The vehicle delivers 143 hp from the combustion engine and 204 hp from the electric motor, accelerates from 0–100 km/h in 8.5 seconds, offers a total range of up to 1200 km, low fuel consumption of 6 liters per 100 km in hybrid mode, and an electric range of 91 km.

1DHT Transmission

 

The JAECOO 7 Super Hybrid features an automatic 1DHT transmission designed specifically for hybrid models. The 1DHT system offers one of two drivetrain operating modes: electric (EV), ideal for zero-emission city driving (the battery must be charged to at least 25% to activate this mode), or hybrid (HEV), which combines the power of both energy sources and adapts to road conditions.

5th-generation 1.5 T-DGI engine: a synonym for efficiency

 

JAECOO 7 Super Hybrid is equipped with an efficient 1.5 T-GDI gasoline engine producing 143 hp and 215 Nm of torque. The engine achieves a high thermal efficiency of up to 44.5% and fuel consumption of just 6 liters per 100 km in traditional hybrid driving mode. These excellent parameters are achieved thanks to the Miller cycle, intelligent i-HEC combustion system, and a high-efficiency turbocharger (HTC).

18.3 kWh High-Voltage Battery

 

Depending on driving conditions and power demand, the combustion engine acts either as the main source of propulsion or as a power source for one of the two motors generating electricity to recharge the 18.3 kWh high-voltage battery with 204 hp. The battery can also be charged from a power outlet using AC charging up to 6.6 kW or DC charging up to 40 kW, in which case charging from 30% to 80% takes 20 minutes. The battery is guaranteed to remain sealed at a depth of 1 meter of water for more than 48 hours (protection rating: IP68).
